Our Policies

Refund Policy:
Services are billed on a weekly basis as agreed with the client and are non-refundable, except in the case of a calculation error on our part.

Delivery Policy:
We deploy the service within a maximum period of 2 weeks, depending on the technical complexity required.

Return Policy:
You may suspend the service with a notice period of 2 weeks.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel the service launch or its execution within 2 weeks from the start of the service.

Data Protection Policy

Your personal data is protected, used exclusively for internal purposes, and is not disclosed for commercial or external use outside the company.
All data is stored on a secure private cloud.
